Baby Ready, Baby Steady, Baby Go:
Sharing knowledge to better understand and promote your baby’s development
**NEW**, all-in-one, intensive workshop for parents
Attending this Intensive will help you:
understand your baby's subtle behavioural cues (their signs of stress and signs of coping)
turn everyday care activities (such as bathing, dressing and nappy changes) into fun moments with learning opportunities
make sense of ‘self-regulation’ and strategies that can help your baby to build their self-regulation skills
feel more confident about choosing settling strategies to suit your baby and family
understand “normal” variations in development and timing of milestones (and when to seek support)
find ways to make tummy-time (and other play positions) less of a struggle
know what features to look for in a highchair to suit your baby’s postural needs, in order to better support self-feeding skills and your baby’s enjoyment of solid foods
promote your baby’s fine and gross motor development through play and everyday activities (without adding a big ‘to-do-list’ to your day)
gain insights into your baby’s experience of (and thresholds for) different environments and people
feel confident about ‘pitching’ activities to meet your baby’s needs as they change
put into action the concept of being a “good-enough” parent, and find ways of looking after yourself (without the feelings of guilt)
(* workshop held subject to minimum numbers).
